Hunter Boorn

The people who hold the whole picture.

Why our people matter

A rare combination, under one roof: infrastructure delivery, capital and commercial, legal and governance, social impact, planning and digital.

That breadth is not a staffing accident. It is the only way one team can hold community, government and capital at the same table without something getting lost between briefings.

How we work together

Multidisciplinary is a claim most firms make. It is easier to show than say.

On Namabunda, the preliminary works funding, the DA strategy and the culturally supportive design brief were held by three different disciplines in the same weekly conversation. As bushfire, biodiversity and geotechnical findings came in, their effect on the design, the budget and the grant milestones was worked through together, before the Development Application was lodged rather than after it.

That is the whole operating model: fewer handovers, fewer translations, fewer things quietly lost between specialists.

Locations

Three bases, mapped honestly. We work on Country and turn up in person.

Sydney

Gadigal Country. Government, capital and major program work.

Northern Rivers

Bundjalung Country. Alstonville-based, closest to much of our community delivery.

Far North Queensland

Smithfield-based, supporting northern community and housing projects.

We are growing, deliberately.

We hire for judgement and range: people who can sit in a community hall on Tuesday and an investment committee on Wednesday, and mean the same thing in both rooms.

There is not always a role open. There is always a conversation worth having if this is the work you want to do.
